On February 9, 2025, the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2025 brought together thousands of runners, each striving for personal achievement while some of them even support meaningful causes. This year, Hong Kong Student Aid Society (HKSAS) was honored to be one of the event’s beneficiaries, with funds raised dedicated to continuously enhancing residential care services for children and youth in need.

A team of 13 residents, accompanied by 9 dedicated staff members, participated in the 10K race, demonstrating resilience and determination. Every step they took symbolized hope and a commitment to improving the lives of children requiring residential support. Thanks to the generosity of donors and the enthusiasm of participants, this event contributed significantly to our ongoing mission.
