Territory-wide Flag Day 2024
We will hold a territory-wide flag day on June 15, 2024. Our objective is to provide the necessary services for children lacking family care, with behavioural and emotional needs, and to enrich their experience.

24 Residents and Staff Members Participated in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2024
This year, the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon launched its first Marathon Charity Programme, and we have the honour to become one of the charitable organisations. On January 21, 24 of our residents and staff members participated in the half marathon and 10-kilometer races, respectively. After completing the races, they gathered at our booth, took photos, and giggled to celebrate their achievements.

The 65th Annual General Meeting was successfully held
The 65th Annual General Meeting was held on December 5, 2023 (Tuesday) at the Auditorium of the Christian Family Service Centre in Kwun Tong. Mr. Sun Yuk-Han, Chris, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, was invited as the guest of honour, creating a lively atmosphere. This year, the organisation presented a total of 55 awards, including long-serving and outstanding staff members, outstanding volunteers, excellent residents and students, as well as retired staff members, as a token of encouragement.

The Social Welfare Department (SWD) organised Let's Join Foster Care Service event to appeal for participation in foster cares
To raise public understanding on foster care service and appeal for more people to register as foster parents, The Social Welfare Department (SWD) organised the Let’s Join Foster Care Service event on May 14 (Sunday), at D‧PARK, Tsuen Wan. The event was organised by the SWD and co-organised by 11 foster care agencies, Hong Kong Student Aid Society was one of them.

The 32nd Social Work Agencies Basketball Tournament Hong Kong Student Aid Society Takes the Championship
The 32nd Social Work Agencies Basketball Tournament was successfully held on 6 May 2023. Our basketball team came first in the Division III of the tournament. Congratulations! Also thank you to the peers and residents who came to cheer for us.

Tung Wan Mok Law Shui Wah School and Island Hostel - Open Day
Tung Wan Mok Law Shui Wah School (TWS) and Island Hostel (IH) held its first Open Day on Friday (3 March) following a long-awaited relocation. Also on the occasion a plaque unveiling ceremony was held for The Jockey Club Academic Building and Jockey Club Black Box Theatre. Dr Choi Yuk Lin, Secretary for Education of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Dr Gabriel Leung, Executive Director of Charities and Community of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, attended as officiating guests.
