Hong Kong Student Aid Society was founded in 1957 with the mission to provide needy children and youth with foster care, residential, education and community development services. We have over 5,000 registered users served by more than 300 employees. We operate 3 residential hostels, 7 small group homes and 3 schools. We receive lump sum grants from the Social Welfare Department and funds from other government departments, private donors and other sources. Our annual expenditure is about HK$197 million.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services and be responsible for the following areas:
Responsibilities:
- Perform all rounded payroll & HR administration works such as employee attendance, payroll calculation, MPF administration and leave management etc.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle, from updating job advertisement, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, job offering, on-boarding, orientation as well as other recruitment logistics.
-Prepare various HR & Administration reports and headcount analysis for management review.
-Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
- Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative / procurement functions including offices services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance and office relocation etc.
- Arrange, coordinate and attend various committee meetings, annual general meeting for minutes taking.
- Providing support on ad hoc projects and requests.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, or Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- A minimum of 8 years' post-qualification work experience in human resources and administration area. Prior experience in company secretarial support or committee support is preferable.
- Work experience in subvented non-governmental organizations will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with strong work ethic.
- Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using computerized HR system such as Flex System.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
